As part of the £100m programme to improve roads and footpaths across Stockport there will be carriageway preventative surface treatment on Offerton Road between Brinkburn Road and Marple Road. The work will entail two phases:
Phase 1 Preparation Patching – Starting on Monday, 11th July between 09:30 – 15:30 and may take 5 days to complete, weather permitting.
Phase 2 Full Width of Carriageway Treatment – Starting Monday, 25th July between 09:30 – 15:30 and may take up to three days to complete, weather permitting.
Traffic movement will be controlled by STOP/GO board to ensure minimal delays.
