Lots of roads and pavements are being resurfaced over the course of this year. Roughly 35 schemes are fixing Hazel Grove’s roads as we get our share of a massive £100M scheme signed off in 2014.

Some schemes in the pipeline include, Ayr Close, Clarendon Rd, Birch Tree Ave & Alderley Close.

Cllr Paul Ankers said, “The state of some of our roads is a disgrace. If we did not have this scheme, I dread to think where we would be with all the government cuts we have suffered.”
