The camera on the bus bridge on Buxton Rd is proving effective The number of vehicles using it as a cut through is dropping every month. In September 2018 409 penalty notices were issued, but this reduced to 176 notices in November.

Cadent works on Chester Rd next week

Please be advised that contractors working on behalf of Cadent will be undertaking works to install pressure points on Chester Road, Hazel Grove, between the junctions of Norbury Crescent and Longmead Avenue. These works are scheduled to take place from 13th January to 17th January and will require the use of temporary traffic signals.
