How is the GM Mayor doing on coronavirus?

The Greater Manchester combined Authority have a number of scrutiny committees (groups of councillors who check what the combined authority and the Mayor have been up to). The housing and environment committee is set to meet twice in July to discuss Greater Manchester’s response to Coronavirus so far and its plans for our areas recovery.

cllr Charles Gibson one of the Lib Dem team In Hazel Grove is a member of the Housing And environment committee and is keen to hear from any residents of Greater Manchester about how they feel the Mayor and the authority have handled coronavirus so far, and how we should be recovering.

the committee covers a wide range of topics including, homelessness, GMSF, Transport, air quality and environmental issues.

the meeting to discuss the response so far is at 6pm on the 9th of July

    Well Stepping Hill hospital isn’t doing very well. As an inpatient I know this. It is appalling and cruel chaos.
