There will be traffic disruption on Chester Rd between 25th June & 2nd July, but this will repair some very bad potholes outside the Conservative club.

Stockport Council will be carrying out carriageway resurfacing on Chester Road (part) from the junction with Buxton Road to the junction with Grundey Street. 

The work will be carried out on Sunday 25th June 2017 and Sunday 2nd July 2017, weather permitting, the works will be carried out between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00hrs.

LibDem Campaigner Paul Ankers is happy, “These particular potholes must have embarrassed local Tories, right outside their club. It was LibDem investment in roads that will ensure we have good facilities on all our roads for many years to come.”
